Welcome to the Puget Sound Wine Meetup Group! This group is dedicated to the appreciation of Wine and all things connected to Wine! We meet once a month for a regular tasting of different wines & attend wine tasting events in the Puget Sound area.

Meet fellow Newbee Wine Enthusiasts (or want-to-be enthusiasts) near you! Meetings will be at local northend winebars or restaurants. Each event we'll focus on a particular wine, or local vineyard and share experiences and food pairings. Along with fantastic wine; this group offers good conversation, new friends and hopefully the opportunity to no longer fear those daunting restaurant wine menus when ordering.

In a relaxed, social, group setting, an instructor will guide you through replicating the nights featured painting step by step. Relax with a glass of wine, a few hors d'eourves and pick up your brush. Whether you are an aspiring artist or just looking to explore your creative side, you will go home with a painting that is uniquely yours. Let us live a long time by enjoying health and friendship of others. What better way than meeting for coffee or drinking wine at one of the wine bars? This is a great way to network. For those who are in a work environment or those trying to re-enter the work-place for a paying or volunteer job, this is the group to join. It would be cool to go on local trips together, eat out at restaurants, or simply go to a coffee shop. Any ideas are accepted.

Here's an opportunity for neighbors to meet at each of the wonderful, East Lake Union pocket parks. Bring wine and cheese to share. Don't forget your wine glasses. First PPP will be at Larry Petit park, Fairview/E. Newton. Thursday, May 31. We can decide on how often to meet-up and choose the next pocket park for a PPP.

This meetup is NOT just for singles or specific age.   Some of the activities on our calendar are dinner, happy hour, bowling, theater, wine tasting, and movies. This is a member "driven" meetup; you decide what you'd like to do/where you'd like to go and it's added to my list to put on the calendar.
