PopUpEdu is a series of underground classes centered on food, wine, spirits, and beer. You'll learn everything that you missed out on after you left grade school Home Ec and entered the real world. The Bay Area's top bartenders, chefs, wine makers, brewers, and craft distillers will be at your fingertips in remote locations for a series of education courses where you will get schooled on everything from pre-prohibition era cocktails to gluten free cooking.
