Who organized?
China (Chuck & Ray) and Pat

Chuck and Ray have gratiously opened their home for us with a wonderful idea: Strawberries and Reisling. This will be a great spring event!

Bring a summer wine (we know not everyone likes Reisling). They will make some nice quiches and have fruit and cheese and celebrate the season of summer picnics.

See you all there!

Directions:
They live in a new neighborhood on the south side of Sun Crest - right above Micron. Since it is new the google maps does not work.

At the new Smith's Market Place on SR-92 (Higland Highway), turn UP the hill to go to Draper. Follow the road as it curves and climbs, then turn LEFT at the sign that says "SOUTHFIELD" by RICHMOND Homes.

Entering the sub-division by either entrance, we are at the farthest west end in a cul-de-sac. Only house.

(If you get to the split in the road - going up to Sun Crest, turn around, you have gone too far--come back down the hill and take the first right after the curve)

Who doesn't like Riesling? Unfortunately, my wife Kathy and I are still in California. But we live in strawberry-growing country, and can't drive a mile without seeing a roadside stand. They also happen to make some decent Riesling around here (Central Coast), so we'll break out a bottle and have some berries and toast you all. Carl

Wonderful hosts, good conversation, made new friends and a good time with current friends. Thanks.
    •  This is the most interesting group of people that I have ever met. Gentle with the elders, naughty when appropriate, congenial and joyful. We had a lovely time hosting the event. The hardest part was saying good night--and giving directions to the place. Nice time.
