I am an entrepreneur living and working in Westchester. I attend wine-tastings throughout the Tri-State and did a Wine Trek through Willamette Valley in Oregon. I love wine, food, and good company.
I went to a wine-tasting fundraiser and had a 1986 Cousino Macul Antigas reserva. It's a Chilean (of which I'm partial to) and I was in heaven.

There is a sense of contentment when people with shared interests come together. It's an opportunity to leave the stresses of work and life behind for an entire evening and concentrate on one topic ... wine. For anyone who is a novice novice, like myself, it's also an opportunity to learn something new about a wine, a wine region, a grape. I'm feeling more confident and knowledgeable when I mull over the wine list at a restaurant now.
