Introduction
I'm interested in where taste, the culinary arts, the environment, and friendship meet. I'm especially passionate about trying wines from small wineries that grow, produce, and bottle their own wines.
Tell us about your best wine experience.
The Red Cat two years ago. A Domaine Fourrier Vougeot Premiere Cru les Petits Vougeots 2004. So amazing, I ordered another. The company, of course, helped. That and a Telegraph 2005 at the St. Martin's Hotel. WOW!
If you were a grape, what varietal would it be?
Probably a blend. A GSM from the Barossa Valley. A little spice, but rich. Not always balanced, but rewarding.
Do you buy from a single wine store? Or from all over the place?
Everywhere.

Tentative Course For the Year 2010
