A good way to master the Chardonnay grape. Chablis, and white Burgundy. And champagne (yep!).

Each person attending should bring a bottle and hors d'oeuvre.

There is no charge for this event. However, a dollar or two in the basket for the cleanup crew is appreciated.

    I'm not normally a drinker of whites (outside of sparkling) but this was very good - instructive on various wines that I would not otherwise try. Bravo!
