These are deep wines. Let's get to know them.

This is one where it is important to bring food. They are tannic, and require it.

Please bring an appetizer. If you bring a meal to share, you don't need to bring a wine. Just RSVP that you're doing this.

If you promise to bring at least $15, I'll do the buying for you.

Please tell what region you're bringing it from. Rhone? Australia? South Africa?
