Beginning Wednesday, August 6, 2008, Wine Bat and Green Pastures will resume their weekly Blind Wine Tastings. This season, we will also be blind-tasting a variety of artisan cheeses with the six wines selected for each tasting. Week one we will be tasting Wines of Washington state and Week two will focus on Australian wines and we will explore the world of wine and cheese as the tastings continue throughout the fall.

6:45 - Complimentary reception with wine and hors d'ouvers
7:00 - Blind tasting begins
8:00 - Optional three course dinner

Cost for the tasting is only $34 and includes the wine and hors d'ouvers reception, a six wine blind tasting and an assortment of artisan cheeses, tax, gratuity and fees.

After the blind tasting, tasters may stay to enjoy a three course dinner for an additional $25 + tax & grat, payable at the restaurant.
