What: Wines from Spain and Portugal
When: Sat. Nov. 21, 2009 – 6:30 to 9PM
Where: Redwood Shores – Exact address to be emailed to those who have paid.

We're having a 3rd wine-tasting party at a scenic clubhouse on a lagoon in Redwood Shores with the theme "Wines from Spain and Portugal". Each guest is asked to bring at least a 1/2 bottle of their favorite Spanish or Portuguese wine or port ($10+). People coming in pairs can bring 1 bottle per couple, etc. Parking is extremely limited so guests are strongly encouraged to carpool, not to mention you could find someone with whom to split the bottle of wine. Substantial appetizers (including paella and cured ham) will be provided.

To pay for the room reservation, food, and cleanup, as well as get a firm headcount for ordering appetizers, payment is required in advance via Paypal ($10.60 per person includes Paypal fees). Refunds can be requested up to 48 hours before the event.

Gary is hosting a Fall Wine Mixer Party at a charming downtown Los Altos Wine Lounge. The theme for the evening will be Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. There will be a 3 Pinots and 3 Chardonnay's for purchase by the glass or you can purchase a tasting of each.

Network with others for business purposes and or just make new friends. Gary, an executive recruiter, will be present to critique resumes for those who are in the job market. (bring your resume if interested)
