I moved here 2 1/2 years ago, originally from Miami. Let's drink some wine! - Red, white, or blush? Dry or sweet?

Red, although I'm starting to enjoy some wines. I prefer not too dry, not too sweet.
- What do you most want to try?

My favorite wine is shiraz. I'm looking forward to really trying everything.
- What is the best wine you have ever enjoyed? What made it so great?

I don't even remember...except that I was at the Grape and was having a cabernet that I didn't enjoy too much until I took a bite of a steak sandwich...then went to heaven.
- Where is your favorite wine making region?

Australia at this point due to my love of Shiraz.
