Join me for a delightful evening at the home of good friend, caterer, private chef and cookbook author, Charlotte Puckette. Charlotte recently published "The Ethnic Paris Cookbook" which is full of delicious recipes, stories and addresses of local ethnic restaurants all over Paris. She has lived here for more than 20 years and is originally from Charleston, South Carolina. Her travels, work and adventures in East Africa sparked her interest in ethnic cuisine.
Charlotte will share some of her own stories and cooking tips with us (we'll participate a bit too) as we visit and dine in her state-of-the-art kitchen and dining room! There will be wines specifically chosen to best enhance the cuisine.
This will be a delightful evening and I hope you'll join us!
