“ It was a good venue for a wine class; the instructor was knowledgeable but a bit pompous. I have great respect for American wine producers. Unfortunately, Cobb felt the need to put them down. Most of the wines we tasted were not ready to be drunk. I think the instructor would agree. He should have brought samples of matured wines for us. After all, we did pay for this course. This was my first meet up with this group. Maybe it was not the right venue for a meet up because there was no introduction of meet up members. I was disapointed. ”
