WINE, WINE GRAPES, AND HEALTH

PART 1 - WINE & HEALTH

Red wine and even white wine have positive effects in preventing heart attacks. Resveratrol which is in red wine can prevent heart attacks and many other diseases. However, to prevent the other diseases requires hundreds of times more amounts of resveratrol than can be obtained by drinking wine. Current science says only in preventing heart attacks by taking one or two glasses of wine can wine be positive for health.
