Hi Everyone,
We've done Chef Mark's wine tastings before, now it's time to get cookin' with his expert instruction! We'll be creating our own tapas and having a great time with it! We'll also bring our own wines (suggested wine list to be posted later.) For the uninitiated in the group, that's what BYOB means - pick out your own wine to bring, and the host at the venue will uncork it for you.

Tapeņa (tah-PAY-nyah) is the ideal complement for an evening of food and conversation among close friends. In Spain, going for tapas (TAH-paz) is the American equivalent of bar hopping with an epicurean twist. At every taberna, tapas (small plates) are served communal style?each person is armed with a glass of wine and a fork. Peņa (PAY-nyah) is slang for a group of close friends.
