This sounds like a fun event!

The Cameron Park Optimist Club, El Dorado Arts Council and the El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce, present the 5th Annual El Dorado Hills Art & Wine Affaire, Saturday and Sunday, May 10 & 11 from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm in Town Center, El Dorado Hills.

Over 100 artists are expected to display at the 2008 show. In addition, 15-20 El Dorado wineries will be on-site for tastings throughout the weekend and live entertainment will be featured both days at the Town Center Amphitheater and intermixed within the festival grounds.

Net proceeds from the event will benefit the Arts in Education programs of the El Dorado Arts Council, the Friends of Youth programs of the Cameron Park Optimist Club and the El Dorado Hills community outreach programs of the El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce.

People are welcome to show up anytime, but please join us Sunday around 1:00pm at the Amphitheater for the Shana Morrison show starting at 1:30pm. Shana has toured and recorded with Van Morrison for a number of years as part of his Rhythm and Soul Review. And although she might be the daughter of rock icon Van Morrison, Shana has a sound all her own. Her music is an eclectic blend of rock, blues, and pop, and she has a unique, versatile vocal style and gifted songwriting talents.

Together we can decide how long we want to stay for the show before checking out the rest of the event.

It is recommended you have on good walking shoes, sunscreen, and sun glasses as everything is outside.

      “ Nice event, great weather, good wine! Little pricey for the wines; Eldorado Hills;-0 Napa it's not! Napa would charge $30 but would have 3 - 4 times the wineries, with incredible Cabs, and many other good wines. Good job Cantiga Wineworks! Great company always makes it a winner! ”
